Why this exists. Internal orchestration is fifteen percent of the Enterprise AE job and thirteen percent of the manager job. It is the only skill on the IC ladder that survives the jump, and the only one you cannot prove with a quota attainment number.
The field that matters is "what you did." Anyone can write "asked the SE to join the call." The version worth logging is what you knew, how you framed the ask, and what you changed about how they showed up. That gap is the entire difference between coordinating and leading.
