What it does
- Crew, trades and weather filled in: the report starts from what the app already knows about the job and the day.
- Photos on the report: attach the day's photos right from the phone.
- The sections a real daily report needs: work completed, delays, deliveries, inspections, safety, changes and cost impact, sign-off.
- One-tap PDF: send the GC, owner or office a clean report the same day.
- Works with no signal: write it on site; it sends itself when you're back online.
- Talk instead of type: use your phone keyboard's microphone to dictate.
Questions builders and trades ask
Is there a free construction daily report app?
Yes. myBivy for Trades includes daily logs free for up to 5 people. Builders' daily reports are part of myBivy for Builders, in early access at $49 a month.
Can I fill out a daily report without cell signal?
Yes. The report saves on your phone and sends itself when you're back online.
Can my crew write the daily report in Spanish?
Yes. Each person picks the language they read; a report written in Spanish is translated for English readers automatically, and the original stays one tap away. PDFs go out in English.
Do I still need a paper daily report template?
Not with the app, but if you want one, our free construction daily report template has the same sections.
Run the job, not the paperwork.
myBivy for Trades is free for up to 5 people. myBivy for Builders is opening to a small group of builders first, at $49 a month locked in for the first year. Works on iPhone, Android and the web, with no signal, in English and Spanish.
