How it works
- Find. Search a directory of over 700,000 general contractors and trade contractors in 22 states and DC, built from public license records and building permits. Filter by region, state, county and trade.
- Pipeline. Add the companies you want to work with, from the directory, by hand or from a spreadsheet, and track status, next steps, calls and notes.
- Reach out. A four-email intro campaign, filled in for each company and sent from your own email, one at a time or through a send queue. Opt-out lines and a do-not-contact list are built in.
- Accounts and bids. When a company engages, make it an account: track upcoming, open and past bids, with a reminder before each bid is due.

Your data stays yours
- Your contacts, notes, emails and bids are private to your company. SRENE only looks at them if you ask for help, to keep the service secure, or when the law requires it.
- Campaign emails go out from your own email account, never from ours.
- Company details you add to the directory (name, address, phone, website, trade) become part of SRENE's shared directory and stay there; your notes, contacts and emails never do. See the Terms.
- Company listings come from public license records, building permits and our users. Want your company removed or kept from being contacted? Email us and it's done for every user.
