Effective October 5, 2026. These terms are an agreement between you and LiVD LLC, doing business as SRENE.io ("SRENE," "we"), for using SRENE Connect.
Connect is invite-only. You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your email secure. You must be 18 or older and use Connect for your business.
Campaign emails are sent from your own email account and are your messages. You agree to follow the laws that apply to them, including the CAN-SPAM Act: identify yourself and your company honestly, don't use misleading subject lines, give recipients a way to opt out, honor opt-out requests promptly, and don't email people who have asked you not to. Don't use Connect to send spam, harassment or anything unlawful.
Your private data. You own your pipeline, contacts, notes, emails, bids and templates. You give us permission to store and process them only to run the service, as described in our Privacy Policy, and they're deleted when you ask us to delete your account.
What you add to the directory. Company-level information you add to the shared directory, by hand or by import (such as a company's name, address, phone, website and trade), becomes part of SRENE's directory. You grant SRENE a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to keep, use, edit, combine, display and share that information, including with other Connect users and in SRENE's other products, and that license continues after you stop using Connect or delete your account. Only add information you have the right to share. Your private notes, contacts' personal details, emails and bids are never part of the directory.
Directory information comes largely from public license-board records and from users. We don't guarantee it's complete or current; check license status with the state before relying on it.
Don't copy or resell the directory in bulk, scrape the service, try to get into other workspaces, or interfere with how Connect runs.
Connect is in a pilot and may change. We may suspend or end access for misuse. You can stop using it any time and ask us to delete your data.
Connect is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, SRENE isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for Connect in the 12 months before the claim (if any).
These terms are governed by the laws of California.
